What is the shipping policy?
Shipping throughout the continental United States is always free and items should be delivered within 3-5 days from ship date ( items are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering). If there are instances in which shipping will be delayed, Brownhaze Jewelry & Accessories will contact the customer to discuss circumstances. International shipping is based on rates from the United States post office rates for priority mail. Depending on location, items will be delivered in 15-25 days. Delivery dates for International Shipping could be delayed by customs. All delivery dates could be impacted by delays due to the pandemic.
