SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping throughout the continental United States is always free and items should be delivered within 3-5 days from ship date ( items are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering). If there are instances in which shipping will be delayed, Brownhaze Jewelry will contact the customer to discuss circumstances. International shipping is based on rates from the United States post office rates for priority mail. Depending on location, items will be delivered in 15-25 days. Delivery dates for International Shipping could be delayed by customs. All delivery dates could be impacted by delays due to the pandemic.  Tracking numbers will be given to customers upon shipment form the Brownhaze office. NOTE: Brownhaze Jewelry is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by customers.  Please double check your shipping information before you place your order.  If the information is incorrect, you will be charged the original price to reship the order (if additional items are available as many of of items are one-of-a-kind).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are sure that you will absolutely love all of your items that you purchase from Brownhaze Jewelry. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, please call us at 818-806-9016, or email us at: sales@brownhazejewelry.com and let us know that you will be returning the item and the reason for the return.
