What are the shipping costs?
We offer FREE Shipping throughout the continental United States

 

International Shipping

Fees will be assessed based on costs from The United States Post Office.  Fees will be added to the cost of the item at checkout.

How do I track my order?
As soon as we ship your item, you will be emailed a tracking number to track on the USPS website

 

Order processing
All orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. We strive to offer exceptionally fast shipping, however, due to local restrictions caused by COVID19 shipping time may be delayed. We apologize if your order experiences a delay, we're doing our best to ensure you get your packages as soon as possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE 

Our team is taking extra caution and every sanitary effort possible to ensure your packages are handled safely and responsibly. This will in no way affect our shipping times and as of now, our shipping carrier has announced no delays in delivery.

International orders, however, have been experiencing heavy delays with shipments. Our postal carrier has informed us that due to flight restrictions and reduced staffing, international packages can take 1 week before entering the domestic country. 

We understand this is frustrating but please know that we are doing everything on our end to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product hassle-free within 14 days after receiving for any reason. The product must remain unused and all original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product.

If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. We strongly recommend using a traceable (and insured) form of delivery. The incurred costs for returns are not covered by Brownhaze Jewelry. 

For further steps in this process simply email us at sales@brownhazejewelry.com with your order number + the product to return.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/model, we can exchange for free for a different product or give you a coupon credit equivalent to the amount of your original order that you can use to place a new order. You just have to return the product 14 days after receiving the product in its original form. The incurred costs for returns are not covered by Brownhaze Jewelry. 

Cancellation
Please send us an email at sales@brownhazejewelry.com. We will be able to cancel your order, only if it hasn't been processed/shipped at the moment the email is being handled.
